Absolutely perfect recipe! Cannot believe how nice and easy this was. I had left over quinoa and already had broccolini so used those but foundations of the recipe were the same. SO impressed.

A perfect, simple dinner for a weeknight. Super tasty and filling. We substituted Pak Choi for broccoli as my finance prefers the latter.
