This recipe is so simple and absolutely delicious! π I swapped the pak choi for broccoli and used udon noodles instead. It turned out amazing β definitely making this again! β€οΈ

Second time making this. I used more pak choi and mushrooms (both only around 15 kcals/100g) than in the recipe as they came in bigger packages.
