"I've tried so many diet plans, recipe apps, books and fads and none of them have stuck or genuinely changed my approach in the way that this has"

This has transformed the way I eat...I'm feeling happier and healthier than I ever have!

I LOVE your app. I feel like the goal is always a "balanced diet" but what does that really look like?! I feel like your app is just that.

Absolutely love this app! Best week of home cooked food I've ever made this week!

Eating healthy and meeting my protein target has never been so easy! And everything tastes amazing!

"Your food is beautiful, nutritious easy and simple - you have made meal planning easy! Alongside benefiting my health, thank you!"

Had to mention how delicious every single one of these recipes is and to mention that it's family friendly! The kids love these too!

I wanted to say I've been absolutely loving your meals. You have made my life infinitely better and I have been able to reach my fitness goals. Thank you for creating such a wonderful thing!

I signed up to your app 3 weeks ago. Meal planning has always been hugely overwhelming for me which in the past has lead to poor food choices, which having endometriosis often doesn't help symptoms. Since using your app I've been able to make simple but tasty meals which have been keeping me fuller & reducing a lot of my symptoms. As well as removing all of that overwhelm too! So glad I came across your page"

Out of all the recipe subs I have tried yours is my far my favourite and the one I've stuck to the longest. My boyfriend even can't get enough and he is a red meat and potatoes only kind of guy.
