Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Cook the pasta in boiling water as per packet instructions, making sure to season the water with a pinch of salt.

60 g Linguine pasta

Step 2

Finely slice the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium, then add in the garlic and chilli flakes, allow to cook gently for a couple of minutes.

2 tsp Olive oil

1 pinch Chilli flakes

Step 3

Meanwhile, grate the courgette.

1 Courgette

Step 4

Then, add the courgette into the pan along with a big pinch of flaky sea salt, black pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Stir and leave to cook for around 5-7 minutes, then stir through the flaked tuna.

80 g Tinned tuna

Step 5

Add 1-2 tbsp pasta water to the pan along with the rocket/arugula and stir gently.

2 handful Rocket/arugula

Step 6

Once the pasta is cooked, drain and stir into the pan.

Step 7

Serve with another crack of black pepper and the fresh parsley.

Least favorite recipe so far. The zucchini was slimy and the lemony tuna didn’t go with the pasta. It was a weird assortment of flavors. I like tuna, zucchini, and lemon. Just not together.
