I use a local one from a bakery usually, or Jasons sourdough from the supermarket xx

This is one of my favourites and I've made it so many times already. I prefer to make this after I've needed anchovies for a recipe (f.e. the caesar salad dressing) as I like to mix any leftover anchovies in with the tuna.
