For this recipe we used a 250g packet of cooked mixed grains by the brand Merchant Gourmet, most supermarkets will have a similar option. Alternatively, use the same amount of cooked grain of your choice e.g. quinoa, pearl barley etc.

This salad can be eaten both hot or cold! So it would be just as nice the following day without needing to reheat ☺️ (just not sure it would reheat too well with the feta + dressing!)
