Pink Pickled Slaw

Slice the cabbage in half, then remove the core by slicing a triangle shape in each side. Thinly slice the remaining cabbage until shredded. Peel and thinly slice the red onion.

How long to you leave to pickle in fridge before putting in a jar please?

You can put it into a jar straight away (then just keep the jar in the fridge ☺️). It’ll continue to pickle & get pinker each day. I’ve been adding a spoon of mine to salads / wraps this week!
