Really enjoyed this recipe! It wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciated, and it was very filling. I’m usually not a big fan of chia seeds, but they worked really well here. I used quick oats instead of whole oats, so I didn’t have to wait overnight, and it still turned out great.
