Strawberry & Lemon Breakfast Pots

A summery twist on our go-to breakfast pots, prep a few jars of these for quick, on-the-go breakfasts.

Turn cooking mode on

For the 5 Minute Strawberry Chia Jam:

Add the strawberries (sliced into quarters), lemon juice, chia seeds and maple syrup to a pan, along with a small splash of water. Heat on low for around five minutes, using your fork to gently soften them if needed.

3-4 Strawberries

1 tsp Lemon juice

1 tsp Maple syrup

1 tsp Chia seeds

Once the strawberries have softened and the chia seeds have absorbed any liquid, leave to cool.

Add all listed ingredients into a bowl or jar and mix thoroughly. Top with the strawberries and place in the fridge overnight to set.
