Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl, then add in the chicken thighs - ensuring they are coated evenly. Place in the fridge for at least 5-10 minutes. The longer you can leave the chicken to marinate the better, for example prepping in the morning and leaving it throughout the day if possible.
