Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Cook the orzo pasta in boiling water as per packet instructions, seasoning the water with a pinch of salt.
65 g Orzo pasta
Step 2
Add the artichokes, tomatoes, red onion, basil and rocket to a bowl.
50 g Chargrilled artichokes
50 g Cherry tomatoes
1/4 Red onion
1 handful Fresh basil leaves
1 handful Rocket
Step 3
Heat a frying pan on medium and then add in the Serrano ham - roughly torn into bite size pieces. Fry for around 1 minute until golden and crispy, then add them to the rest of the salad ingredients.

Once the orzo is cooked, drain and add it to the salad bowl. Add a pinch of salt, a crack of black pepper, a pinch of oregano and a drizzle of olive oil. Gently combine and serve.
