Maple Cinnamon Apple Oats

Turn cooking mode on

For the stewed apples:

1.

Simply slice your apple into small chunks & heat in saucepan on low with a dash of maple syrup and 1 tsp cinnamon. Heat for around 15-20 minutes until softened, stirring gently. Alternatively, place the sliced apple onto a baking tray with the maple syrup and cinnamon and bake for around 20-25 minutes on 170 degrees C, stirring half way through and adding a splash of water.

Add the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, maple syrup & cinnamon to the jar/bowl. Mix & leave overnight.

5 g Chia seeds

180 g Greek yoghurt

80 ml Milk of choice

Serve topped with the stewed apples & 2-3 chopped walnuts.
