Step 1
In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, seeds, yogurt, maple syrup, lemon zest and milk. Stir well to combine, then place the mixture into jar/s.
Step 2
Top with the berries. Leave to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight, until the mixture is thickened and the oats have absorbed the liquid.
