Turn cooking mode on
For the chicken:

In a bowl, combine miso paste, sesame oil, maple syrup, and soy sauce. Add the sliced chicken breast and marinate whilst you prepare the salad. (Leave to marinate for longer if possible).
1 tsp Miso paste
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 Chicken breast

Pan-fry or air-fry the chicken until golden and cooked through.
For the edamame salad:
1.
Thinly slice the radishes and spring onion. Mix the edamame, cucumber, radish, spring onion, and chopped coriander in a bowl.

1 tbsp Coriander
For the dressing:
1.
In a small bowl, whisk together crispy chilli oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, and sesame seeds. Pour over the salad and gently combine.

1 tsp Lime juice
1 tsp Sesame seeds
Serve:
1.
Serve the crunchy edamame salad topped with the marinated chicken and a wedge of lime (optional).

Air fryer was down so I used a pot so chicken doesn’t look too crispy but it was SO so tasty and tender thanks to the miso marinate. Making it again!
