Oh no how annoying, this is one of our oldest recipes & has been tested by a lot of subscribers so the only thing I can thing is perhaps the consistency of the yogurt you used was quite a thin one? In which case you'd need a tad more flour to even it out - I'll pop a note on the recipe for anyone else using a thinner consistency yogurt
