Another delicious dish! The cumin almost makes the dish taste like a breyani or a South African babootie. Either way it’s great.

This looks delishh!! So excited to try for dinner tomorrow. Do you think could be meal preppable? I’m not an expert with salmon but would reheating it be an option next day?? Should i reheat separately?

Hope you love it! To be honest this is a dish that is best made fresh as it salmon doesn't reheat too well I find, you could definitely bulk cook/meal prep the rice though, and then cook the salmon fresh x
