Turn cooking mode on

To make the chimichurri:

1.

In a small bowl, combine the chopped parsley, chopped coriander, grated garlic clove, chilli flakes, red wine vinegar, and olive oil with a big pinch of salt. Stir well to mix all the ingredients thoroughly and set aside.

1 tbsp Fresh parsley

1 tbsp Fresh coriander

1 Garlic clove

1 pinch Chilli flakes

1 tsp Red wine vinegar

1 tsp Olive oil

Stir through the drained butter beans.

150 g Butter beans

Cook your steak:

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over high heat and cook the steak to your desired doneness, turning once during cooking. Let the steak rest for a few minutes after cooking.

Serve:

Serve the steak with the beans, a handful of rocket and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
