Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Finely chop the red onion and garlic cloves.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped red onion and garlic, and sauté for 4-5 minutes until soft and fragrant.

Step 3

Pour in the tinned cherry tomatoes. Stir in the oregano and chilli flakes, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer gently for around 10 minutes.

Step 4

In a separate pan, cook the orzo in boiling water as per packet instructions, seasoning the water with a pinch of salt.

Step 5

Stir the prawns into the sauce and heat gently for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Once the orzo is cooked, drain and stir it into the sauce.

Step 6

Serve topped with the crumbled feta and another pinch of chilli flakes.
