This was so good! I’m wondering how you got your lemon caper to be so thick. Mine was extremely liquidy so I just drizzled it on top of the salmon 😢

So glad you loved it! Ohh how strange, maybe it was the brand of mayonnaise - next time you could add a spoon of thick greek yogurt into the mix if you want a thicker consistency, that would work well & would hardly impact the macros other than adding a bit of extra protein 🥰

Greek yogurt is a wonderful idea! I do think you’re right about the mayo brand. I used kewpie mayo which may have resulted in that. Thank you for the suggestion 🙌
