Creamy Coconut Seeded Overnight Oats

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar and mix until combined. You may need a splash more milk or water depending on the consistency of yogurt used.

100 g Greek yogurt

10 g Mixed seeds

10 g Dessicated coconut

1 tsp Maple syrup

100 ml Coconut milk

Step 2

Leave overnight to set, then top with any toppings of your choice, such as berries or nuts.
