Cinnamon Date Chia Pudding

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Finely chop the date.

1 Medjool date

Step 2

Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl and mix thoroughly until combined, you might need to add a dash more liquid (water or milk) depending upon the consistency of the yogurt used.

100 g Greek yogurt

10 g Chia seeds

1/2 tspn Cinnamon

1 tspn Maple syrup

100 ml Milk of choice

2 tspn Ground flaxseed

1 Medjool date

Step 3

Leave to 'set' for a couple of hours or until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid.

Step 4

Serve with toppings of your choice e.g. berries or nuts.
