Step 1

Add the oats, chia seeds & cinnamon to a saucepan and pour in the milk. Heat on low for around 3-4 minutes. Once warm, then stir in the dates (chopped), maple syrup and protein powder. (Adding the protein powder once the oats are warm helps to avoid a grainy texture).

Hey! So the protein powder isn't necessary so if you'd prefer not to include it that's absolutely fine just leave it out ☺️

Really filling and tasty but a tad too sweet for me, but I can adjust this in future based on how much syrup/how many dates I use
