Is it cooked or puffed quinoa? I saw two different wording in the recipe. Sounds amazing btw xx

Ah sorry for the confusion! So if you can find puffed quinoa in your grocery store then opt for that, but if you only have access to raw then just follow all the recipes steps to gently 'puff' the quinoa in the pan. Hope that makes sense 🥰
