Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl and mix thoroughly until combined. You might need to add a dash more liquid (water or milk) depending upon the consistency of the yogurt used.
100 g Greek yogurt
10 g Chia seeds
10 g Desiccated coconut
1 tsp Maple syrup
100 ml Coconut milk
Step 2
Leave to 'set' for a couple of hours or until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid (ideally overnight).
Step 3
Serve with toppings of your choice such as berries or nuts.
