1.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
To make the meatballs:
1.
If you have a food processor: blend the onion (roughly chopped), garlic and all of the spices (paprika, oregano, cumin and chilli) until a paste consistency. (If you do not have a food processor, simply grate the onion and garlic to make the paste consistency, then mix with the spices). Then in a bowl, combine the beef mince with the paste, the finely chopped parsley and a splash of milk, mix well using a spoon and then shape into balls using your hands.
0.25 Onion
0.5 Garlic clove
1 pinch Paprika
1 pinch Oregano
1 pinch Cumin
1 pinch Chilli flakes
100 g Beef mince
1 tbsp Parsley
2 tsp Milk
To make the tzatziki:
1.
Grate the cucumber and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let it sit for a few minutes, then squeeze out the excess water using your hands. Combine with yogurt and grated garlic (half a clove), then finish with a splash of lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper.
1/2 Cucumber
50 g Greek yoghurt
0.5 Garlic clove
Then:
1.
Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
120 g White potatoes
1 tbsp Olive oil
2.
To make the Greek salad, chop the remaining cucumber, tomato, and olives. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
1 Tomato
5-6 Kalamata olives
3.
Add the remaining olive oil to a saucepan on a medium/high heat.
4.
Cook the meatballs for about 10 minutes, or until they’re browned and cooked through (time may vary depending on size).

The food turned out perfect. But I do think the recipe directions could be cleaned up a bit. I think if the directions explained further and were more organized it would have been way easier to prepare! Just a thought!

Looks delicious! You are 100% right this recipe seems to have had a bit of a glitch, all sorted now & should be a lot clearer with the headings, thanks for letting us know.
